If you arrive 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment it will need to be rescheduled. β‘οΈ Arrive with no makeup on or around the eye area. Avoid face makeup as well if possible. β‘οΈ Avoid drinking caffeine / coffee before your appointment to prevent twitchy eyes. β‘οΈ Use the restroom before your appointment starts. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours in advance before the beginning of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged 30% of your service. In the event that you no- show, you will automatically be charged 100% of your service and will need to put a deposit down to reschedule again.
